Light Shape Gym offers a varied range of group exercise classes on a daily basis. Free fitness classes at our gym include yoga, boxing, cardio and many more. Gym Instructor Course

The gym instructor course is aimed for people who want to embark upon a career in the fitness industry. The gym instructor's qualification will help you begin your journey and from here you can choose to go for further progressions which can Level 3 Personal Training.

Throughout the course you will get unlimited access to the support team either via telephone, Skype or e-mail. This course is also supported by interactive online learning package which comes free with the course. It will contain videos and interactive tutorials as well as other learning tools to make your education enjoyable and effective.

Upon successfully completing the course you will receive a Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing – Gym Based Exercises.

Treated as a friend and not an inconvenience

I used to have a love and hate relationship with any gym. I always believed I I should go, I enjoyed the feeling of being slim and more activein life, but my problem was I found gyms to be boring most of the times. With limited direction and zero encouragement I would join others wandering aimlessly from one piece of fitness equipment to the next one in the hope it would be better. Light Shape Gym is totally different. From the moment you join you are treated as a friend, not an inconvenience.

I became addicted to the classes, the atmosphere

Having been very sporty person in school and college tomes I enjoyed being pro-active throughout my life. I was very upset to have a knee condition which halted my appetite for being active. I approached Light Shape Gym to see if I could start again, and begin Yoga classes for a starter. This led on to cardio classes which at first I was hopeless at. However, over the next few weeks the endorphins got working and I became addicted to the classes, the atmosphere at Light Shape Gym and the contact with others in the class.

It's fantastic, and in a great location

Within my 18 months of joining Light Shape Gym, back in summer 2012, I was able to lose around 4 stones in weight and now I train four times a week and enjoy working out. The training has been able to make me feel like a new person and helped me in so many other ways such as both at work and at home. I would recommend Light Shape Gym to anyone. It's fantastic, and in a great location.
